We are a small mill, so if you place your order during the week, you will have your oil within four business days. However, if you are in a hurry or make your purchase just before the weekend, contact our Customer Service and we will try to answer all your questions.

Shipping methods and cost

The shipping conditions may vary depending on the delivery address, the time or day of your purchase, as well as the availability of the products.

When you start the purchase process, if the transport agency has a tracking system, it will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the estimated delivery date of your order.

Delivery Options Available

  • Collection in our mill located in Castellar, (Jaén) so FREE. The person who picks up the order must present proof of the online purchase, whether they are the buyer or someone comes on their behalf.
  • Home delivery (next).

Standard national shipping (within the peninsula)

The shipping time in the peninsula will be approximately 48 hours from the completion of the order. Delivery will be made in
business hours.

However, those orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be delivered the following week.

To expedite the order, you can request it before 10 am and we will do everything possible to get it before.

That is, if the delivery point is in one of the main cities in Spain and if the order is made quickly before 11 am, the estimated delivery transit would be the next day. However, although our desire is to reach every corner, this will depend not only on the speed of placing the order but also on the ease of access to the delivery point.

We are not responsible for delays due to the casuistry of the transit of goods or attributable to the transport agency.

On local and national holidays, standard shipping may be delayed an additional 24 hours.

On specific dates, such as Christmas, Easter or on sales days such as Black Friday, delivery may be delayed approximately 72 hours.

The merchandise will be delivered to the home, company, premises or the place designated for this purpose as the place of delivery, as long as there is someone to pick it up at the indicated place.

The amount will appear in the total breakdown of the shipment and will depend on the liters ordered and aspects of the transport agency such as difficulty of access or distance (which will be reflected by including the postal code in the case of Ceacero transport). However with DHL it is not necessary to include the postal code.

Deliveries are made only on working days.

Shipping cost, to which add 7% fuel plus 21% VAT, approximate for 20 Kg.

(In the case of Transportes ceacero, which will tend to be chosen for orders of more than 30 kgs, it already has it included)

For orders under 30 kilos, we will try to opt for DHL as the costs will be lower, and for additional kilos, check with our department.

For national shipments outside the peninsula, the terms indicated above will be extended and the costs increased for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and remote areas.

  • Balearics: 14€
  • Canary Islands: €83
  • Remote areas: €26.48 additional.
  • Portugal: 11€

Regarding higher volumes

If the order exceeds the volume of 120cm x 60cm x 60 cm, it is possible that, to reduce prices for the consumer, it is necessary to contact another transport agency and in this case the package will not be uploaded to the address and will be delivered to the portal.

In this case of greater volume of the package, in which a transport agency will be used, those orders placed on Wednesdays, after 12 noon, depending on the selected shipping option that responds to the contracted transport agency, may receive the next week.

Standard International Shipping

The shipping time in the peninsula will be approximately 72 hours from the completion of the order. Delivery will be made during business hours.

However, those orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be delivered the following week.

We offer you an estimated transit by country in business days and if the order is made quickly before 11 a.m., the estimated transit of the delivery would be:

  • From 4 to 6 working days: Germany, Austria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
  • From 4 to 7 working days: Czech Republic and Italy.
  • From 4 to 8 working days: Poland, Hungary…
  • From 4 to 9 business days: Sweden.
  • From 4 to 10 working days: Ireland.
  • From 5 to 7 working days: France, Denmark, Estonia and Latvia.
  • From 5 to 8 business days: Greece, Lithuania and Romania.
  • From 6 to 8 working days: Belgium.
  • From 7 to 9 working days: Bulgaria.
  • 7 to 10 business days: Finland.

  • Zone 4 — Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, United Kingdom, approx. 20 kg: the cost will be €30.
  • Zone 5 — Denmark, Finland and Sweden, approx. 20 kg: the cost will be €41.
  • Zone 6 — Italy, approx. 20 kg: the cost will be €35.

Order tracking

The entire delivery process will be carried out in a computerized manner. The client will receive an email from the transport agency informing him of the delivery with the shipment number and will be able to track it through the website.

The address or premises designated for this purpose may be left as the delivery point, or even optionally designate a ServicePoint. In the following countries, only ServicePoint delivery is currently available: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and Sweden.

Regarding the fact that the cash on delivery payment method is ruled out, we do not contemplate the possibility of national or international shipments.

Restrictions for national and international orders

We will do our best to get your order wherever you are. However, if your delivery address has any shipping restrictions, you will see it at the time of purchase.

Orders shipped outside our oil mill

It is possible that if you request a special product or packaging, as in the case of biofuel, your order will be shipped from our oil mill or from another logistics center. If this happens, we will notify you by email to indicate the items you will receive in each shipment.

Return policy

FROILÁN ALBACETE, S.L., fully guarantees any of the products offered in its store online. However, if the purchased product is in poor condition, we will change it or refund your money.

FROILÁN ALBACETE, S.L., will accompany each shipment with a delivery note detailing the merchandise in the order. The receiver is obliged to verify that the number of his order and that of said delivery note match. Likewise, it must be verified that the number of packages that appears in the delivery document of the carrier coincides with the number of packages delivered.

If everything is correct, you must sign the delivery note giving your agreement to the delivery made. The client's agreement on the delivery note implies the waiver of any type of claim or return regarding the merchandise ordered and received.

If any incident is detected with respect to the merchandise received or its packaging (damaged order, incorrect order, open package, poorly sealed, etc.), it is an essential condition that it be noted in the observations section of the carrier's delivery document and sign it to be able to make any claim. It is also essential that FROILÁN ALBACETE, S.L. be notified of said incident within a maximum period of 24 hours, either by phone 953 460 029 or by email. info@aceitesayozar.com.

In these cases, FROILÁN ALBACETE, S.L., will assume the return of the products by the customer and the return costs, provided that the reason for the return is attributable to the company.

withdrawal form

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a product or products of an order, remember that you can process it within 14 days from the moment of delivery by requesting it by email info@aceitesayozar.com.

Warranty

The products do not have additional guarantees since they are exquisite products, handmade, and perishable, that is, for immediate consumption, so their freshness and good condition are guaranteed at the time of delivery, but FROILÁN ALBACETE, S.L., is not responsible for the conservation, treatment or distribution that the client or user can give to them once delivered.
